Take No Thought for Tomorrow

In the Bible, Jesus tells us to take no thought for tomorrow; that the Kingdom of Heaven are at hand. He emphasizes residing in today's moment, in the eternal Now. He gives us the main element to peace and eternal life. They are the Heralds of Eternity!

God is pure love, and God really wants to reveal pure love where everything is shared. “In the holy instant God is remembered, and the language of communication with all your brothers is remembered with Him.” (T-15.VI.8) In the holy instant, we remember God. There's no concealment, and you can find no private thoughts, no worries or concerns for future years, or regrets about the past. It's an event of perfect peace. This is exactly what Jesus is calling us into.

We're asked to let go of our ideas about time. a course in miracles online We might have believed that something was missing in the past, and we took action to test and correct it, longing for a much better future. But Jesus says, “Don't a cure for a much better future. The near future is a trick! Now could be all there is.”

And so we're now asking ourselves the question, what is it exactly about? What's the reason because of this world and for my relationships? What's the point of time and space? Jesus tells us that today's moment may be the point. Our vocation of healing (of the mind) may be the point.

How Practical Is This?

Jesus and the Holy Spirit have a plan for each and everyone of us. It's very precise, and it is individualized. In each moment, they instruct us where you should go, how to proceed, and who to be with. They instruct us what books to learn, what movies to view, what to eat, and what not to eat. We receive instructions on how to get our daily bread, with regards to inspiration and also food, clothing, shelter. The Spirit is really practical. Once we give our mind to living and experiencing the holy instant, the Holy Spirit provides everything we want in Earth terms.

When you can find plans to be produced, we will be told of them. “You need take thought for nothing, careless of everything except the only real purpose that you would fulfill.” (T-20.IV.8) In lesson 135, he tells us:

“A healed mind doesn't plan. It carries out the plans so it receives through listening to wisdom that is not its own. It waits until it's been taught what should be done, and then proceeds to complete it. It doesn't depend upon itself for anything except its adequacy to fulfill the plans assigned to it. It's secure in certainty that obstacles can not impede its progress to accomplishment of any goal that serves the greater plan established for the nice of everyone.” (W-pI.135.11)
